Jobs, growth and a positive economic boost for Liverpool were the key themes espoused at the Regional Development Australia - Sydney seminar and workshop at Liverpool Catholic Club on Wednesday.

Regional Development Australia's Metropolitan Region Economic Baseline Assessment says the present residential land and the extra land scheduled for release in Blacktown will accommodate the growth. Regional Development Authority chairman Alan Pendleton, who launched the report, said it was crucial in understanding the characteristics, strengths and trends in the local economy, businesses and workforce.
