Therese O’Dwyer - Acting Executive Officer

Therese joined RDA Sydney in August 2009. Therese worked in various management positions in the Commonwealth public sector in the portfolio of Employment Education and Training. She worked at GROW Sydney Area Consultative Commitee for 12 years as a Senior Project Manager, prior to commencing at RDA Sydney. Therese also has a background in Nursing.

Therese’s role in RDA Sydney involves; Project Managing the development of RDA Sydney's Regional Plan, supporting Project Managers' in delivery of their specific projects, compilation of relevant submissions and plans and providing support to potential applicants for the National Stronger Regions Fund. Her thematic area is strategic procurement.




Mark Wigley - Project Development Manager

With a B.A. in Anthropology and an Advanced Diploma in Public Health, Mark has a multifaceted background that includes a significant period of senior management in aid programs in Africa and Indonesia.

Upon his return to Australia, Mark was employed by GROW Sydney ACC as a Project Development Manager and subsequently was employed by RDA Sydney as Project Development Manager. Mark has various areas of responsibility including; economic profiling of Sydney and annual change, economic impact of health precincts, increasing awareness of opportunities for flexible work practises utilising technology to promote jobs closer to home, opportunities from the tech startup sector and the contribution of transport and logistics to the Sydney economy.




Olga Yoldi - Project Development Manager

Olga Yoldi joined RDA Sydney in 2009, having worked for GROW Sydney ACC. She manages the South West Region, where she works with all levels of Government and community groups to facilitate economic development & job creation initiatives. Her thematic areas include housing affordability, homelessness, manufacturing and agriculture. 

Olga studied Communications and Literature at the University of Technology and the University of Pau, France. She has held different management roles in the community sector and State government agencies and in the media. She is inspired by working for an organisation that empowers communities and develops regions.




John Pearson - Project Development Manager 

John holds qualifications in; science, economics, and marketing, with diverse regional development experience in government and industry. John’s earlier career work included Australian and international roles in the resource assessments for water, mineral exploration and mining sectors. 

His recent roles in Western Sydney include management of a member based industry organisation providing business improvement, advocacy and advisory services. Prior to joining RDA Sydney in 2012, John was responsible for the forums and multiple networked activities of the Manufacturers Connection. John's geographic focus is Western Sydney, with links to industry clusters in all regions of NSW. His thematic areas of regional development and innovation include manufacturing, defence, aviation/aerospace, industry clusters and waste management. 




Grahame Crammond - Operations Manager

A CPA qualified professional with broad experience across diverse industries and business units ranging from large public companies to small and medium sized private companies. Industry experience includes; IT, manufacturing, construction, retail/hospitality and diversified industrial. Comprehensive skills in adopting a value added and unified approach which provides stewardship, real information and strategies for management.

An experienced change agent with strong organisational emphasis, employing a structured, logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving and change. A belief that the finance function should be efficient, effective and a valuable contributor to business success.
